Biography
Connie Dyer came to the PNNL in 2010 and joined R&DS that same year. She is assigned to the Savannah River Site (SRS), located in Aiken, South Carolina. She has over 39 years of SRS Project and Business Management experience currently supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration, Material Management and Minimization Division. Savannah River Site project experience includes Plutonium Disposition Projects, Pit Production, Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility Project (MOX), Waste Solidification Building (WSB) Project, Pit Disassembly and Conversion Project (PDCF), and the Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Project. Possess an extensive and diverse background in DOE SRS Programs, as well as NNSA Program management for Engineering and Environmental Management, Waste Tank Closure, Waste Disposal, and Waste Conversion. Specific experience includes: Office Administration, Business Management, Project Management Support, Records and Document Control Management, Engineering Support, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Procedure Writing, and Quality Control oversight and reporting. Connie maintains an active appointment / certification as both a PNNL and an SRS Derivative Classifier / Reviewing Official. Additional areas of expertise include: Project Management report generation and data evaluations, Administrative Support supervision and training, database design and development; contractor performance tracking and report generation, presentation development and preparation, procedure development and tracking; document research and data compilation; design and development of graphic representations for management presentations and reports (ex., flowcharts, drawing renditions, process sketches, etc.), and. Strong organizational and communication skills manage and prioritize compound activities simultaneously, very detail oriented. Connie is proficient in:
