Biography

Casey is a post-masters research associate and came to PNNL in 2017 following her master’s work at North Carolina State University. She supports research projects involving juvenile salmonid passage at various hydropower projects in the Pacific Northwest. Projects often implement acoustic and radio telemetry to determine the effect of turbine passage on behavior and survival of fish. In addition to passage work, Casey also has experience with toxicology of large, freshwater rivers and reproductive physiology of fishes.
