Biography
Ms. Groves has thirty-five years of work experience with twenty-two years of project coordinator experience at PNNL. Ms. Groves is a results-oriented professional with a reputation for producing high-quality work by communicating clearly, thinking critically, solving problems, organizing effectively, calculating with accuracy, and working well in teams.
As a principal project coordinator, Ms. Groves assists project managers in meeting program objectives and client requirements, interprets and verbally communicates to managers and staff the facilitation of PNNL policies and procedures in an understandable manner, identifies issues and resolves them in a timely and professional manner, and provides mentoring and leadership to administrative staff and other project coordinators.
